The woman on the front of the shirt is an actress Jean Seberg from Marshalltown, IA who was a famous for playing Joan of Arc in 1957. The Modern Life Is War song "Pendulum" is based on her life. This shirt was taken from a photo of her standing in front of a tombstone with a large eagle on the top. "Made in Marshalltown" is on the back of the shirt.
